Abstract
Le cycle d’étude sur l’urbanisation, qui s’est réuni à Addis Abeba dû à l’a été soigneuse ont préparé grâce à des missions à l’étranger et des travaux effectués au siège. Des missions inter-organisations ont visité plusieurs villes africaines dès le début d’avril 1961. Après la réunion du cycle d’étude, le secrétariat de la CEA a reçu un certain nombre de demandes d’assistance technique qui, malheureusement, exigeaient pour la plupart des fonds et du personnel dont il n’était pas possible de disposer à bref délai.
