En éste articulo se hace\nun acercamiento al proceso de\netnogénesis o revitalización de\nla identidad étnica que viven los\ngrupos indígenas de Lagunillas.\nSe analiza su participación en\nel ritual festivo en honor a San\nIsidro Labrador que se lleva a cabo\ndurante los días 14 y 15 de mayo\ny culmina ocho días más tarde\ncon el ritual denominado “Noche\nIndígena”, en el cual se danzas y\nofrenda a la Laguna “madre de los\nindios.” Es una oportunidad exhibir\nlos elementos diferenciadores y\nmarcadores de la identidad étnica.
