HUBUNGAN RELIGIOUS COPING DENGAN QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA PEREMPUAN DEWASA AWAL DI PEKANBARU

Abstract
Perempuan dewasa awal lebih rentan mengalami quarter life crisis akibat tekanan sosial yang kompleks seperti tuntutan karier, hubungan interpersonal, dan pencarian makna hidup. quarter life crisis dapat berdampak negatif, terutama secara emosional, sehingga diperlukan religious coping untuk menghadapi tekanan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religious coping (positive dan negative) dengan quarter life crisis pada perempuan dewasa awal di Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Partisipan dalam penelitian berjumlah 347 perempuan dewasa awal berusia 20-24 tahun dan berdomisili di Pekanbaru. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari skala Brief RCOPE dan skala Quarter Life Crisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara negative religious coping dengan quarter life crisis, sedangkan positive religious coping tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa coping keagamaan yang bersifat negatif justru berpotensi memperburuk krisis yang dialami, sementara coping positif tidak cukup kuat dalam mereduksi tekanan emosional yang muncul selama fase quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan religius yang sehat dan adaptif dalam mendukung kesehatan mental perempuan dewasa awal.
