Bachelor’s thesis deals with technological stage of rough superstructure of apartment building ,,Na Kovárně“ in Brno – Soběšice. The bachelor thesis consists of a technical report, technological specification for mansory and monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling, site equipment, mechanical assembly. The thesis deals with quality of making constructions and occupaational safety. For chosen phase was made item budget and on the basis of it was created a time schedule.
