Il presente contributo si propone di far luce sulle novità più rilevanti del “Decreto Latte” di
\nrecente emanazione, soffermandosi in particolare sulle potenziali criticità rispetto al diritto
\ndell’Organizzazione Mondiale del Commercio (WTO). Vi è, infatti, la possibilità concreta che l’Organo
\ndi Conciliazione del WTO, in particolare a fronte dell’iniziativa di Canada e Stati Uniti, consideri il
\nDecreto in contrasto con il diritto del commercio internazionale.
