Abstract
Este proyecto de comunicación estratégica en la Sociedad de Fomento Malvinas Argentinas, pretendió la apropiación y reapropiación de la comunicación por parte de los vecinos, lo cual permitió pensar, discutir, informar, debatir y compartir ideas que tuvieran repercusión directa en el barrio donde se encuentra inserta. La elección del tema de esta tesis responde a la necesidad que observo como miembro de esa comunidad de comunicar para el barrio, de informar y de formar lazos que permitan la unión de los vecinos, el fortalecimiento de los vínculos y la motivación para apropiarse de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, como lo son en este caso las Sociedades de Fomento, con el fin de generar un bienestar común para el barrio y sus vecinos.
