Negli ultimi anni nelle riabilitazioni implanto-protesiche si è cercato di ridurre i tempi terapeutici e il discomfort del paziente tramite l’utilizzo di impianti post-estrattivi a carico immediato. Un ruolo importante per il successo estetico è svolto dai tessuti molli. Il presente studio prospettico, effettuato su 15 pazienti con un follow-up di 3 mesi, valuta i cambiamenti a carico dei tessuti molli in seguito ad una riabilitazione full-arch di tipo Toronto su impianti post-estrattivi a carico immediato. Attraverso misurazioni riferite a soli 4 impianti del settore frontale, si sono ottenuti dei valori medi per la papilla mesiale di -0.035 mm, per la papilla distale di -0.05 mm e per il punto medio vestibolare di 0 mm. Dai risultati conseguiti si evince che questa metodologia di riabilitazione con carico immediato garantisce una conservazione delle papille interdentali mesiali e distali ed un adeguato livello del punto medio vestibolare contribuendo al successo estetico implanto-protesico.
