Abstract
This is a general collections item recently transferred to special collections. The binding is a side stapled quarter pamphlet binding with uncovered boards and a cloth spine. The binding was adhered to the text block with a cloth tape on each side of the text block, recto of the first leafand the verso of the last leaf, and then side stapled.
