Abstract
El propósito del presente estudio fue determinar cómo incide la implementación de las TIC en la calidad del servicio que brinda el Ministerio Público en la ciudad de Iquitos, durante el primer trimestre 2021. La metodología empleada corresponde a una investigación descriptiva de tipo básica, diseño no experimental. Se utilizó una muestra estadística de 384 unidades de estudio, a quienes se aplicaron dos cuestionarios, uno para apreciar como incide la implementación de las TIC, y otro para valorar la calidad del servicio, ambos compuestos por 28 ítems. Conclusión: La implementación de las TIC presenta relación positiva y débil incide en 7,18% en la calidad del servicio, según rs de Pearson (0,268) y p-valor = 0,000 de nivel de significancia estadística.
