Il contributo parte dall'analisi della sentenza del Tribunale di Roma del 18 ottobre 2018 per approfondire la questione del rapporto tra handler e vettore aereo e gli aspetti maggiormente controversi – ed ancora attuali – del regime di responsabilità degli operatori del trasporto aereo di merci dettato dalla Convenzione di Montreal e, in particolare, della limitazione del debito del vettore e dei suoi ausiliari.
