Este informe presenta el origen de FUNVIPAZ, mostrando las raíces de su directora Alexandra Delgado y su posterior ejecución con la puesta en marcha de su operación. Identifica su misión, visión y su naturaleza a través de sus líneas de servicio en alimentación, educación, protección y recreación con sus aliados estratégicos. En este sentido aterriza al lector, dando una idea del escenario y la problemática de ciudad bolívar que es donde ejerce su radio de acción. Establece sus principales debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas con el fin de conocer de un punto de vista holístico la complejidad de FUNVIPAZ para identificar un problema y darle solución al mismo.
