Cette recherche qui s'incrit dans le cadre d'ingénierie de formation tente de savoir s'il existe un lien entre le statut d'une organisation et la pratique d'analyse des besoins de formation. Nous nous sommes penchés plus spécifiquement sur la pratique d'analyse des besoins que nous examinons dans six entreprises aux statuts différents, proactives dans la formation de leurs personnels. Le but de cette recherche, de type exploratoire et de nature qualitative, est d'offrir une meilleure compréhension des éléments qui influent sur la place d'analyse des besoins de formation dans les entreprises...
