Abstract
En el presente documento se trabajará en una alternativa turística que se encuadra dentro de la modalidad de turismo cultural, entendida como turismo musical. Se ha decidido elegir la vertiente latinoamericana, con el fin de dar a conocer el origen de sus distintos géneros y qué sucesos han ayudado a formar esta cultura musical, incomprendida para algunos y admirada por otros. Es \nimportante también, conocer qué elementos componen este tipo de turismo, su historia e influencias, así como los principales productos que ofrece (festivales y premios). \nSe realizará además un análisis comparativo de los principales festivales y premios dedicados a la música latina, en base a las características de cada uno de ellos, según la información obtenida, seguido de un estudio de los factores internos y externos (de los primeros), además de investigar otros lugares de interés, que se enclavan dentro del fenómeno turístico.
