Abstract
From the reign of Ferdinand II onwards, Galicia became geographically distant from the centres of power, which had consequences for its Jews, converts and Judaizers. Jews, not having access to the court, occupied themselves in the service of the local nobility and delayed their removal to the Jewish quarter decreed in 1480. On the other hand, the distance and the late establishment of the Inquisition allowed the circulation of Judaisers with different destinations.
