Abstract
La formation pratique, au sein de nos différents programmes techniques, est essentielle dans l’apprentissage d’une profession enseignée. L’accompagnement des personnes stagiaires, dans un contexte de stage à supervision indirecte, est donc crucial et demande un processus et un savoir-faire. Le manque de concordance entre les attentes et les besoins des milieux et des personnes enseignantes ainsi que des personnes stagiaires amène un lot de défis. L’expérimentation de rencontres de codéveloppement, comme stratégie d’accompagnement des personnes des milieux de pratique, a permis d’évaluer les effets sur les personnes participantes et sur le développement professionnel lié à l’accompagnement d’une personne stagiaire.
