Abstract
ABSTRAK \nPeriode usia dewasa awal merupakan masa transisi dari remaja menuju dewasa, yang \ndimana fase ini merupakan sebuah fase transisi yang kompleks. Terdapat begitu banyak stressor \nyang mengarah pada berbagai kesulitan, yang menyebabkan individu merasa terjebak dan \nkehilangan arah dalam periode dewasanya ini. Kondisi ini dikenal dengan istilah quarter life crisis \nyang merupakan suatu fenomena umum yang terjadi pada kalangan usia 18 hingga 30 tahun. \nFenomena ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. \nTujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengkaji berbagai alternatif intervensi yang dapat dipakai \nsebagai preferensi guna meminimalisir terjadinya quarter life crisis. Adapun strategi yang dapat \ndilakukan sebagai intervensi guna meminimalisir quarter life crisis adalah Perancangan Zine \nPengenalan dan Penyikapan Quarter Life Crisis Untuk Anak Muda Usia 20-24 Tahun, Terapi \nKelompok Suportif untuk Menurunkan Quarter-Life Crisis pada Individu Dewasa Awal di Masa \nPandemi Covid-19, Membangun Konsep Diri Pada Generasi Millennial Dengan Mengurangi \nKrisis Seperempat Hidup, Pengaruh Pengunaan Permainan Kartu Nrimo dalam Meningkatkan \nPenerimaan Diri di Masa Quarter Life Crisis, Koping Religius Pada Remaja: Bukti Baru Dan \nRelevansi, Penerapan Terapi Pasangan yang Berfokus Secara Emosional Pada Pasangan yang \nMengalami Krisis Seperempat Hidup, Mengatasi Krisis Seperempat Kehidupan Sang Buddha \nJalan Di Republik Ceko. \nKata Kunci : Quarter Life Crisis, Intervensi, Usia Dewasa Awal.
