Join student editor, Danielle, and Nayha Acharya, an assistant professor at the Schulich School of Law, as they explore the topic of mediation as an alternative to litigation in a civil justice system.\nDanielle and Nayha discuss arguments about mediation made in two of Nayha’s recent papers: “Mediation, the Rule of Law, and Dialogue,” published in the Queen’s Law Journal; and “Exploring the Role of Mandatory Mediation in Civil Justice,” which is forthcoming in the Alberta Law Review.
