Abstract
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh pasivního rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Novostavba rodinného domu je umístěna v severní části obce Pístovice nedaleko Vyškova. Jde o přízemní dům se zimní zahradou a částečným podsklepením. Nosný konstrukční systém je kombinovaný. Dřevěné nosná konstrukce je ve stěnách doplněna foukanou celulózou a v ploché střeše EPS. Objekt je založen na železobetonové desce izolované zespoda granulátem z pěnoskla. Součástí objektu je zimní zahrada, která je umístěna na jižní fasádě. Zastavěná plocha domu je 240,5 m
