Tämän työn tavoitteena oli suunnitella ja toteuttaa rasitustesti harvesterin PC:n
\nkiintolevylle. Testaustapana käytettiin ympäristötestausta ja menetelmänä
\nsatunnaistärinää. Testi perustuu harvesterin käytännön työskentelyolosuhteissa
\ntehtyihin mittauksiin. Testaus tehtiin standardia IEC-68-2-64 mukaillen.
\nTestattava kokonaisuus käsittää PC:n, räkin sekä näiden asennustelineen. Testin
\nsuunnittelussa otettiin huomioon laitteen rakenne ja komponentit suuntaa antavalla
\nlaskennalla ja taajuusvastemittauksilla. Testattava laite kiinnitettiin Z-suuntaista
\ntäristystä lukuun ottamatta käyttöolosuhteita vastaavalla tavalla. Täristys tehtiin
\nkolmessa eri suunnassa. Testauksen kokonaiskesto oli yhteensä 30 minuuttia.
\nKiintolevyn vaimennuksen tutkiminen oli osa tehtävää työtä. Työssä tutkittiin kiintolevyn
\ntärinänvaimentimia ja vaimennusmenetelmää testattavassa mallissa. Vastemittaukset
\ntehtiin kolmelle eri vaimennin jäykkyydelle. Yksi näistä valittiin varsinaiseen testaukseen.
