L’objet de la présente étude est, d’une part, de réactualiser les statistiques sur le coton et l’huile de palme en intégrant les campagnes 2002/03 et 2003/04 et en les généralisant à tous les pays de l'Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre producteurs et, d’autre part, de produire des notes techniques et statistiques sur le lait, l'apiculture, l'aviculture et le crédit rural. Ceci, en vue d'alimenter la base de données de la CMA/AOC. L’élaboration des notes se fera en collaboration avec l'Union des Producteurs Agricoles du Québec / Département Développement International (UPA-DI), partenaire de la Conférence des Ministres de l’Agriculture de l’Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre (CMA/AOC).
