Abstract
Le Plant des ressources, c’est en quelque sorte un répertoire interactif des ressources en santé mentale à l’UQAC. Issu des travaux de recherche du Lab vivant, l’outil s’adresse à tous les membres de la communauté universitaire, de Saguenay à Montréal, en passant par la Côte-Nord. Que vous ayez besoin de soutien, de créer des liens, de bouger, de vous aérer l’esprit ou simplement de parler à des pairs, vous trouverez dans le Plant des ressources l’essentiel des initiatives et des ressources offertes dans votre milieu d’études, de travail et de vie.
