Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational school principal leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on teacher professionalism of State Vocational High School teachers in Central Teweh District. This research is an explanatory study conducted in August-September 2018. The research population is teachers of State Vocational High Schools in Central Teweh District. The research sample covered ninety teachers. The research sample technique is saturated sampling technique. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of data analysis showed that the transformational school principal leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence could be as predictors of teacher professionalism.Transformational school principal leadership and spiritual intelligence had effect on teachers professionalism; while emotional intelligence had no effect on teacher professionalism.
