Pengaruh Family Support terhadap Quarter Life Crisis pada sarjana Fresh Graduate

\nFresh graduate berada pada masa transisi dari dunia akademisi yang nyaman menuju “dunia nyata”. Secara bersamaan fresh graduate juga berada di masa transisi dari masa remaja menuju masa dewasa (emerging adulthood). Pada masa ini individu dihadapkan dengan tantangan dan tuntutan baru salah satunya datang dari keluarga. Adanya tuntutan-tuntutan ini membuat fresh graduate merasa tertekan dan terbebani serta tidak jarang menyebabkan krisis emosional yang disebut dengan quarter life crisis. Merujuk pada penelitian terdahulu, survei lapangan, dan wawancara, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi quarter life crisis adalah family support. Banyak dijumpai keluarga kurang memberikan dukungan kepada fresh graduate dan justru memberikan tuntutan untuk segera bekerja serta hal-hal lain terkait rencana masa depan. Berbeda dengan tuntutan yang diterima, fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa fresh graduate membutuhkan waktu untuk menemukan pekerjaan atau karir yang tepat. Individu juga membutuhkan lingkungan yang suportif, terutama keluarga untuk memberikan dukungan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family support terhadap quarter life crisis pada sarjana fresh graduate psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tahun 2021-2022.

\nPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 127 sarjana fresh graduate psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tahun 2021-2022 yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala family support yang mengacu pada teori milik Sarafino yang terdiri dari 24 item valid serta skala quarter life crisis yang mengacu pada teori milik Robbins yang terdiri dari 23 item valid. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows.

\nPenelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat family support pada sarjana fresh graduate psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tahun 2021-2022 mayoritas berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 59,8%. Sedangkan tingkat quarter life crisis mayoritas berada pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 78,8%. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan family support terhadap quarter life crisis dengan nilai r = 0,082, p = 0,001 (p < 0,05), dan nilai koefisien -0,273. Hal ini dapat diartikan semakin tinggi family support maka semakin rendah quarter life crisis. Selain itu hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa family support berkontribusi terhadap quarter life crisis pada sarjana fresh graduate psikologi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tahun 2021-2022 sebesar 8,2%.

\nFresh graduates are in a transition period from the comfortable world of academia to the "real world". Simultaneously, fresh graduates are also in a transition period from adolescence to adulthood (emerging adulthood). At this time, individuals are faced with new challenges and demands, one of which comes from the family. The existence of these demands makes fresh graduates feel pressured and burdened, and often causes an emotional crisis called a quarter life crisis. Referring to previous research, field surveys, and interviews, one of the factors that influencing the quarter life crisis is family support. Many families are found to lack support for fresh graduates and instead gave demands to work immediately and other things related to future plans. In contrast to the demands received, the facts on the ground show that fresh graduates need time to find the right job or career. Individuals also need a supportive environment, especially family to provide support. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of family support on the quarter life crisis in fresh graduate of psychology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in 2021-2022.

\nThis research uses a quantitative type of approach. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The number of subjects in this study was 127 fresh graduates of psychology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in 2021-2022 who had met the criteria. The measuring instruments used are the family support scale which refers to Sarafino's theory which consists of 24 valid items and the quarter life crisis scale which refers to Robbins' theory which consists of 23 valid items. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for windows program.

\nThis research found that the level of family support in fresh graduates of psychology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in 2021-2022 was mostly in the high category, which was 59.8%. Meanwhile, the quarter-life crisis levels are mostly in the moderate category, which is 78.8%. Based on the results of the regression test, it shows a significant effect of family support on the quarter life crisis with a value of r = 0.082, p = 0.001 (p < 0.05), and a coefficient value of -0.273. This can be interpreted as the higher the family support, the lower the quarter life crisis. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that family support contributes to the quarter life crisis in fresh graduate of psychology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in 2021-2022 by 8.2%.

\nحصل هذا البحث على النتائج أن مستوى دعم العائلة لدى غالبية خريجين علم النفس الجدد في مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج في عام ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢ يقع في الفئة العالية ، وهي٥٩,٨٪ وأما غالبية مستوي أزمة ربع العمر يقع في الفئة المتوسطة وهي ٧٨.٨٪. وبناءً على نتائج اختبار الانحدار ، فقد أظهر وجود التأثير المعنوي لدعم العائلة على أزمة ربع العمر بقيمة ر= ٠.٠٨٢ ، ف = ٠.٠٠١ (٠.٠٥»ف)،، وقيمة المعامل ٠,٢٧٣. هذا يعني أنه كلما زاد دعم العائلة ، انخفضت أزمة ربع العمر. بالإضافة ، تظهر نتائج التحليل أيضًا أن دعم العائلة يساهم في أزمة ربع العمر لخريجين علم النفس الجدد بجامعة مولانا مالك إبراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج في عام ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢ بنسبة ٨.٢٪.
