Abstract
Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah lemahnya ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Kecamatan Magetan Kabupaten Magetam pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Optimalisasi peran perempuan dalam meningkatkan finansial keluarga dengan aktif mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi produktif menjadi salah satu tombak untuk bertahan ditengah badai pandemi. Beberapa pokok permasalahan yang di bedah dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana proses peningkatan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga berbasis pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kelompok UPPKS dimasa pandemi Covid-19; 2) Perubahan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga bagi anggota kelompok UPPKS setelah diberdayakan; 3) kendala beserta solusi dalam upaya peningkatan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga berbasis pemberdayaan perempuan melalui kelompok UPPKS dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentadi. Penelitian ini dibedah dengan merujuk pada teori motivasi MC Clelland dengan konsep Need for Achievement (dorongan berprestasi). Penemuan dari penelitian tersebut meliputi : 1) Proses implementasi program UPPKS sesuai dengan tahap pemberdayaan, baik dari pembentukan kelompok, produksi hingga pemasaran hasil produksi; 2) Melalui kegiatan ekonomi produktif, ketahanan ekonomi keluarga dapat tertolong terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Dapat dilihat pada meningkatnya pendapatan dan keharmonisan, kemampuan menabung dan jaminan pendidikan maupun kesehatan. Serta mampu mengikuti kegiatan sosial-keagamaan; 3) Kendala terletak pada komitmen, gaya hidup, management waktu dari anggota kelompok UPPKS yang kurang matang.
