Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A patient who underwent a left hip hemiarthroplasty was seen for physical therapy treatment for 9 sessions from 07/22/15 to 08/03/15 at a skilled nursing facility. All physical therapy interventions provided to the patient by a student physical therapist were supervised by a licensed physical therapist. The tests and measures used to assess the patient's condition at the initial evaluation included the following: 2 Minute Walk Test, manual muscle testing, Borg Rate of Perceived Exertion scale, Tinetti Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment, and the Western Ontario and the McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index. The main goals for the patient were to improve strength, balance, bed mobility, transfers, and increase gait endurance and functional mobility. The main interventions used were progressive resistance training, patient education, overground gait training, task-specific training, and balance training.vi The patient improved her strength, balance, gait endurance, transfer ability, bed mobility, and functional mobility. The patient was discharged home with a home exercise program with support from her caregivers and family.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
