Abstract
Fragestellung: Bei 14% der Patienten kommt es nach Abheilung der akuten Herpes Zoster Infektion zu einer\npostzosterischen Neuralgie. Ziel der Studie war, Unterschiede in der PZN-Häufigkeit herauszufinden.\nMethodik: Die akut erkrankten Patienten der doppelblinden placebokontrollierten randomisierten Untersuchung teilten sich\nin Placebo-(n=15) und Verum-Gruppe (n=11). Neben der anerkannten Therapie mit Aciclovir erhielt ein Teil der Patienten\nein i.v. VZV-Ig. Die PZN wurde mit Hilfe von Fragebögen untersucht (VAS, RMSS, FBL, McGill).\nErgebnis:\nIn der Placebo-Gruppe wurden nur die Patienten, die in der Eingangsuntersuchung einen VAS-Wert bis 55% angaben, in dem\nZeitraum bis zu unserer Nachuntersuchung schmerzfrei. Die Patienten der Verumgruppe könnten eine Schmerzfreiheit\nunabhängig von der initialen Schmerzstärke erlangen.\nFolgerung: Die Prophylaxe mit i.v. VZV-Ig führte nicht zu einer signifikant geringeren Schmerzausprägung einer PZN.
