Abstract
La presente investigación aborda el estudio de un Proyecto de Inversión: \nDiseño e implementación del hotel Wayrapata Lodge, en el Valle del \nColca (Cabanaconde, Arequipa – Perú). Con el estudio se busca evaluar \neconómica y financieramente la implementación del Hotel Wayrapata Lodge, donde \nse brindará hospedaje, alimentación, visitas guiadas, paseos ecuestres y trekking \nal Cañón del Colca. Con un terreno de 1,000m2, en donde se construirán 13 \nhabitaciones cómodamente equipadas, un restaurant, zonas de esparcimiento y \nhermosos paisajes dónde se podrán realizar actividades de recreación como \ncaminatas y visitas guiadas por los alrededores del distrito de Cabanaconde. \n Con la inversión de S/ 550, 294.06, y un financiamiento del 40% de la inversión, se \ndeterminó que el proyecto es rentable económicamente (VANE= S/ 455,491, TIRE= \n39.73%, PRE= 2.6 años y 6 meses) y rentable financieramente (VANF= S/ 456,357, \nTIRF= 54.13%, PRF= 2.9 años y 9 meses). Por lo que, el Hotel Wayrapa Lodge en \nel primer de incio de actividades tendrá ingresos de S/. 441, 376 anual o S/ 1,226 \ndiarios para hallar en punto de equilibrio.
