Abstract
Trois rapports découlent du volet portant sur la prestation des services de proximité aux populations rurales. Le premier présentait une synthèse des connaissances actuelles portant sur ce thème. Celui-ci expose certaines expériences novatrices concernant la prestation des services de\nproximité dans des territoires à faible densité de population à l’échelle du Québec ainsi que dans différents pays de l’OCDE. Il examine également les conditions de transférabilité de ces expériences au contexte québécois. Quant au troisième, il fera état des principales recommandations\nde l’équipe de recherche en matière de prestation de services de proximité. Ces différents travaux permettront de déterminer des pistes d’actions quant à des modulations possibles tant d’un point de vue territorial que de celui des populations à desservir. Ils pourront également servir d’outils\nen ce qui a trait à l’élaboration de politiques et/ou de programmes gouvernementaux.
