À l’occasion d’une prospection pédestre réalisée par le SRA en avril 2010 sur la commune de Trois-Rivières en Guadeloupe, un fossé de plus de 5 m de large a été découvert dans une zone boisée à proximité des ruines de l’habitation Grande Anse. Il délimite une plateforme quadrangulaire de 32 par 21 m, soit 670 m2 environ. Cette enceinte se situe sur un rebord de crête à 200 m de la mer à vol d’oiseau.
