Abstract
This paper reports on the experiences and thoughts of the Ukrainian teachers who participated in the Canadian courses on professional development delivered by the Toronto Institute of the Teachers Professional Development. The author developed a list of proposals for improving of the existing Ukrainian system of the professional development based on the feedback of 30 participants of the study. Research software NVIVO 7 for qualitative research was utilazed for the analysis of the interview transcripts.
