Abstract
En este proyecto se tuvo la oportunidad de relacionar los aspectos teóricos de la planeación estratégica, con la realidad de una de las empresas más tradicionales del departamento como lo es Manitoba Ltda. Durante este proceso se enfocaron en uno de los aspectos base de los objetivos organizacionales de la empresa: el cliente externo. Basados en el modelo de Baxter, se determinó la importancia de la satisfacción del cliente para el desarrollo de una empresa y se diseñó una encuesta orientada a conocer el nivel de la misma que tienen los clientes de Manitoba Ltda.
