Why this work is in the frame

A frame that forgets how it found something cannot be audited. These are the routes that admitted this work.

No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

Çalışma bulgularına dayanarak hastaların ağrılarını ifade etmelerine izin verilmesi gerektiği ve ağrı arttıkça anksiyete de arttığı için öncelikle hastaların ağrılarını azaltacak uygun yöntemlerin kullanılmasına önem verilmesi gerektiği söylenebilir.\n\nAnahtar kelimeler: Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği(BAE), Mcgill-Melzack Ağrı Soru Formu(MASF), Kanser, Postoperatif Ağrı, Torakotomi.\n\nSUMMARY\n\nCorelation Between Anxiety And Pain Perceptions Of Patient With Lung Cancer In Post-Thoracotomy Period\n\nResearch was performed interpretively in order to examine correlation between anxiety and pain perceptions of patient with lung cancer in post-thoracotomy period.\nResearch was performed to 100 patients with lung cancer diagnosed in post-up intensive care unit of Chest Diseases and Chest Surgery Training and Research Hospital. It was benefited from Personal Characteristics Form prepared, as data collection tool, by researcher and General Information Form consisting of details related to the disease, Mcgill-Melzack Pain Questionnaire Form to evaluate pain levels of patients and Beck anxiety scale to evaluate conditions and continuous anxieties. İn analyzing data. Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney u, chi-square tests in comparison process and Pearson method in correlation analyze were used. \nIt was determined that 68 % of attendants have extensive pain and 32 % of them have superficial pain. If we take a look at expressions mentioning patient’s pain, it was expressed in emotional extent by 26 % of them as too severely, 21 % of them as painful and 28 % of them as severely. It was expressed in perceptual extent by 6 % of them as intense, 4 % of them as unbearable; 27 % of them as anxious 40 % of them as uneasy. It was observed that as long as situational anxiety point of patient increases, the pain level increases( r=0,20 p<0.05), as situational anxiety point of patient increases, the pain level at the worst period increases too ( r=0,31 p<0.05); as continuous anxiety point of patient increases, current pain level also increases (r=0,20 p<0.05). We may claim that their pain is extensive as they had a thoracotomy operation and the patients make similar expressions for their pain level; there is a relationship between pain and anxiety. Based upon the research findings, it can be claimed that the patients need to be allowed to express their pain and appropriate method applications that will relieve the pain of patients are to be taken into consideration because of the fact that as pain increases anxiety increases.\n\n Keys Words: Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), McGill Melzack Pain Questionnaire (MASF), Cancer, Postoperatif Pain, Thoracotomy.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
