Abstract
La presente tesis persigue como objetivo principal valorar el hotel boutique como idea de negocio utilizando como herramienta el análisis de mercado. Para llevar a cabo este análisis se realizaron varias entrevistas a personajes especialistas en la industria de servicios local. Además de 200 encuestas que fueron realizadas en el aeropuerto José Joaquín de olmedo y en lugares turísticos como en el malecón Simón Bolívar. Dentro de la tesis se realizó en FODA de la idea de negocio, un estudio de perfil del competidor y un análisis financiero.
