Abstract
La restauration des rivières est un sujet de plus en plus prédominant en environnement. Les activités humaines ont modifié les cours d’eau sur de nombreuses décennies. Cette étude propose une caractérisation de l’état hydrogéomorphologique (HGM) de divers bassins versants selon une approche historique. En utilisant l’Indice de Qualité Morphologique (IQM) appliqué en photo-interprétation sur des données diachroniques, il est possible d’observer une trajectoire de l’état HGM des cours d’eau et d’identifier les secteurs montrant un plus haut taux de dégradation. Ces données sont par la suite utilisées pour prioriser les secteurs où des actions de restauration sont requises. Elles permettent également d’identifier des restaurations potentielles en fonction des dégradations et du taux de dégradations observées.
