Abstract
DJ Veronica brings us her unmistakable floor filling sounds. British-born Vancouver, Canada-based DJ Veronica is known to get booties shakin' with her eclectic collection of phat sexy house beats combined with her technical and programming skills. Veronica started her DJing career in 1998 in Vancouver where she produced a weekly 7-hour house music radio show. She started playing international gigs in 2001 which included Liquids (New York, USA), Globe (Sydney, Australia) RTHK Hong Kong Radio & the Lamma Island Power Station Beach Party(Hong Kong). Vancouverites know DJ Veronica as the organizer of several all-female DJ nights: "The Girls Next Door" (1998) and "Heaven" (2002). Veronica has also made several appearances in MTV Canada (MTV Link) and she has received a great deal of attention from local, national, and international publications, websites, and dance floors alike. Veronica has recently joined the Hit Girl Collective based in Seattle.
