Abstract
El propósito de este trabajo es profundizar y actualizar el análisis de las Políticas de Desarrollo Productivo (PDP) en Uruguay. En los últimos años se ha dado un dinamismo en la institucionalidad enfocada al desarrollo productivo que ha generado aprendizajes y lecciones a futuro. Los estudios que han evaluado las PDP demuestran que ésta aún tiene debilidades y que no es lo suficientemente potente. Con el presente trabajo se busca analizar si la institucionalidad creada recientemente, el Sistema de Transformación Productiva y Competitividad, ha tomado los aprendizajes y lecciones generados para encarar una PDP que logre un cambio estructural en la matriz productiva.
