La riforma del mercato del lavoro, attuata con i d.lgs. nn. 22 e 150 del 2015, si propone di accrescere la protezione dei disoccupati nel merca-to, in particolare attraverso un ampliamento dei beneficiari delle misure di sostegno al reddito e il coinvolgimento attivo dei disoccupati nelle attività offerte dai centri per l’impiego. A ciò si affianca, tuttavia, l’inasprimento dei meccanismi di condizionalità e la progressiva estensione dell’offerta di lavoro “che non si può rifiutare”, pena la perdita del sussidio di disoccupazione, misure giustificate dal chiaro intento di contenere la spesa pubblica. Nel corso del ragionamento l’Autrice si chiede se gli obiettivi ambiziosi da cui muove la riforma del mercato del lavoro siano davvero raggiungibili oppure se, diversamente, sia stato edificato un sistema su promesse che non possono essere man-tenute.
