Les actes du colloque en honneur de Jean-Claude Muller furent imprimés en 2007 dans une édition limitée à 50 exemplaires.Cette réédition numérique est motivée par le décès (novembre 2017) de notre regretté collègue et ami.Jean-Claude à la retraite n'a plus contribué au domaine qu'il avait tant influencé pendant quatre décennies, mais nous croyons que ses contributions exigent ce geste, maintenant que nous possèdons un nouveau support électronique pour nos publications.Les contributions à ce volume sont des témoins éloquents du caractère de Jean-Claude Muller.
