Riders che lavorano per pochi euro e con tutele quasi inesistenti, operai di aziende in crisi costretti a sacrifici non remunerati, lavoratori di 30-40 anni che, anche sommando gli stipendi, non riescono più a formare una famiglia, oltre 250 mila ‘under 35’ in fuga dal nostro Paese alla ricerca di un’occupazione all’altezza delle loro competenze: sono queste le conseguenze più dure della crisi economica che si è abbattuta sul nostro sistema produttivo nel corso degli ultimi dieci anni. L’indagine di Michel Martone dimostra che, di fronte alla crescente concorrenza globale, prima ancora del reddito di cittadinanza o di “quota 100”, è necessario affrontare l’emergenza retributiva. A che prezzo è la proposta di una riforma organica che, rafforzando la contrattazione collettiva, promuova, con il diritto di tutti i lavoratori ad un salario minimo, la produttività delle imprese.
