Si tratta di UN contributO in volume che indaga sulla rinnovata attività delle banche domestiche nei confronti delle imprese, tradizionalmente basata sull’erogazione del credito, e notevolmente arricchitasi nel tempo quanto a modalità di intervento, costituendo l’occasione per ridurre la dipendenza dal finanziamento a breve, come noto all’origine di una sorta di “avvitamento” finanziario pregiudizievole alle dinamiche reddituali delle aziende debitrici. \n \nIn particolare, vengono analizzate le rinnovate modalità con cui la banca va consolidando il ruolo di consulente a tutto campo, disposto ad investire massicciamente in risorse umane, professionali e tecnologiche al fine di cumulare l’attività tradizionale della banca con servizi di corporate & investment banking. I rinnovati orientamenti nella relazione banca-impresa consentiranno agli intermediari che si dimostreranno capaci di interiorizzare la nuova “cultura” di acquisire non effimeri vantaggi competitivi in un contesto viepiù integrato e globalizzato, oltrechè contraddistinto da crescenti pressioni competitive a loro volta all’origine di fenomeni di erosione dei margini reddituali promananti dal core business.
