iii iii enzymatique et de la caractérisation biophysique de cette liaison afin de diriger les efforts de synthèse de ceux-ci.Ainsi, les connaissances des domaines de l'enzymologie et de la pharmacologie nous permettent de comprendre le mode de liaison de ces inhibiteurs.Les DfrBs possèdent une similitude de séquence protéique de 77% -100%.À notre connaissance, aucune caractérisation cinétique des autres membres des DfrBs n'a été effectuée.En fait, pour la plupart des membres, aucune confirmation n'a été obtenue concernant la corrélation de la résistance au TMP.Nous confirmons leur activité dihydrofolate réductase ainsi que leur faible sensibilité au TMP.Avec ces résultats encourageants, nous proposons un mode d'inhibition similaire entre elles.Ainsi, les inhibiteurs de la DfrB1 testés démontrent aussi une inhibition pour les DfrBs et ce, avec la même amplitude.Nos avancées indiquent qu'il serait possible de détenir une tête de série inhibant tous les membres de cette famille.
