Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Bu durum milli gelirde azalma, gelir dağılımında bozulma, işsizliğin artması ayrıca hırsızlık vakalarının ve terkedilen çocuk sayısının artması gibi çeşitli sosyo ekonomik göstergelerle kendini ortaya koymuştur.\n\nSUMMARY\nIn the years after World War I. economy grew rapidly.Especially in USA,Canada,Great Britain,France and Italy. At the same time this world wide rapid economic development led to world economic crisis in an unpredictable time.\nIt began dramatically on October 24,1929,with the collapse of the New York stock market known as "Black Friday".The crisis, initialized by American internal affairs, soon expanded to Europe and the entire world.Germany was the most effected,France was the last effected by crisis. In spite of all efforts and active interventions of governments the problems in USA and great number of countries couldn't be solved until late 1930s.\nThe world economic crisis of 1929 urged Turkey to follow new policies towards more state led initiatives especially in industrial development.Active government intervention was necessary to boost the nations welfare and state's prosperity.\nMeanwhile the fact that people's complaning about economic problems caused to foundation of "Free Republic Party".\nFor the period 1930-1933 private sector was unsuccessful. Therefore economic and political thinkers discussed alternative approaches to national economic development."Statism" state intervention in economy via State Economic Enterprises was the significant aspect of this era.\nSocioeconomic consequenses of the crisis, went on until the end of World War II. , can be identify with statistics such as: decrease of national income, deterioration of income distribution;increase of unemployment, robbery and abondoned children etc.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
