Dos modelos de urbanización en la ciudad: Puente Jardín y el Peral de Valladolid

Abstract
El objetivo del trabajo es realizar un análisis urbano de la ciudad de Valladolid con una perspectiva geográfica a través de la interpretación de dos formas distintas de hacer ciudad: Puente Jardín y el Peral. Dos planes parciales para uso residencial, situados en los extremos norte y sur de la ciudad, que vienen a ofrecer dos modelos bien diferenciados en su oferta de suelo y vivienda para segmentos de la demanda claramente definidos. Frente a los edificios en bloque de varias plantas que se promueven en Puente Jardín, la baja densidad y los edificios de viviendas unifamiliares y calidades passivhaus definen la tipología del Peral. Al mismo tiempo, el estudio expone la integración de estos dos sectores con sus ámbitos urbanos más próximos y con el resto de áreas urbanas que conforman la ciudad.
