THE EFFICACY OF NEURALTHERAPY IN GONARTHROSIS
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Gonarthrosis is the most common form of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy ofneuraltherapy in the treatment of patients with gonarthrosis. The study included 8 patients with gonarthrosis according to ACRcriteria who applied to our outpatient clinic with knee pain. For assessing functionality and pain Western Ontario and MacMasterOsteoarthritis Index (WOMAC), to assess fatigue Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) were performed beforeand after treatment. In NT protocol; at the first visit local therapy (joint and joint circumference) and segmental approach L2 - S2(T9 - L2 for sympathetic stimulation); at the second visit, in addition to the first vises, trigger point injection, inclusion of adjacentjoints in the treatment, detection and treatment of disturbing area; in the third visit, in addition to the second visit, intraarticularinjection was added. Seven (87.5%) of the patients were female and 1 (12.5%) were male. The mean age of the patients was 52.6± 7 years and the body mass index (BMI) was 34.4 ± 6.2. The mean WOMAC value of the patients was 38,12 ± 17,4; the meanvalue of FACIT was 24.12 ± 7.9 before treatment and 20 ± 15.8 and 10.6 ± 6.9, respectively at the end of treatment. When thepatients were evaluated in terms of WOMAC and FACIT values before and after the treatment, a statistically significant decrease wasobserved with treatment( respectively, p: 0.005, p <0.001). This study shows that patients can be treated with NT effectively andsafely in a short time.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
