Abstract
Vingt-quatre vaches ont été utilisées afin d’évaluer les effets du rapport fourrages:concentrés et de l’ajout d’huile de lin dans la ration sur les profils en acides gras et en lactones du lait. L’huile de lin a fait augmenter les concentrations de 18:3 cis-9, cis-12, cis-15 dans le gras du lait, et ces augmentations ont été plus importantes avec les rations riches en concentrés. L’huile a également fait augmenter les teneurs en 18:1 trans 13 et en 18:2 cis 9, trans 13, tandis que le 18:3 cis 9, trans 13, cis 15 n’a pas été détecté. La teneur en γ-12:0 a été plus élevée dans le lait avec la ration riche en concentrés et contenant de l’huile, mais aucun effet n’était apparent lorsque l’huile était ajoutée à la ration faible en concentrés. Finalement, la teneur en γ-12:1 a été plus élevée avec les rations riches en concentrés, tandis que la γ-12:2 n’a pas été détectée.
