Abstract
La gestión eficiente de la alta conflictividad familiar persistente tras el dictado de las medidas personales y patrimoniales en la sentencia del proceso de familia ha llevado a los tribunales a implementar, en sede de ejecución, un nuevo método alternativo de solución de conflictos: la llamada coordinación parental como mecanismo en el que un experto acompaña a los progenitores en la configuración del nuevo régimen familiar con los hijos menores. Aunque la implementación tiene respaldo legal dada la flexibilidad del derecho de familia en nuestro ordenamiento, se hace imprescindible el establecimiento de un régimen jurídico-procesal de este mecanismo. Por ello, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo destacar la línea jurisprudencial iniciada en torno a la figura del coordinador/a parental, así como resaltar la indefinición en sus funciones, que puede mermar las garantías de las partes en el proceso.
