Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a řešením novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou, situované v katastrálním území obce Radošov. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící budova umístěná na okraji obce. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit návrh, který efektivně spojuje funkci komfortního bydlení pro 4-6 osob s provozním využitím. Návrh klade důraz na moderní architektonické řešení, prostornost a pohodlí uživatelů. V přízemí budovy se nachází provozovna zahrnující veřejně přístupnou hospodu a vnitřní bazén. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je vyhrazeno pro penzion s pěti apartmány, které mohou ubytovat až 16 hostů. Z hlediska konstrukčního řešení je základová část tvořena železobetonovými pásy. Obvodové stěny suterénu jsou navrženy z tvárnic ztraceného bednění a keramických tvárnic. Nadzemní obvodové i vnitřní nosné stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako monolitické železobetonové desky. Objekt je zastřešen kombinací dvou typů střech – jednoplášťové ploché střechy, která kryje bazén a propojuje jednotlivé části budovy, a sedlové střechy nad částí rodinného domu a penzionu s hospodou. Celý objekt je zateplen pomocí vnějšího kontaktního zateplovacího systému.
