Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Purpose: This study was planned to determine the difficulties in daily living activities and participation of schizophrenics and the effects of client centered activity based occupational therapy interventions. Material and Methods: Nine schizophrenics according to DSM-V-TR from Dışkapı Community Mental Health Center were participated in the study. Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) was used for determining of activity performance problems and World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule (WHO DAS II) was used for assessing the participation to daily living activities. Results: It is determined that bathing is the most difficult activity for schizophrenics according to COPM. The significant improvement of individuals’ activity performance, performance satisfaction and participation were found (p<,05). Discussion: Client-centered and activity based occupational therapy interventions are increased the independency and participation of the schizophrenics. It was implied that this study will contribute the increasing of schizophrenics’ participation in rehabilitation process with client centered and activity based occupational therapy interventions

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
