Les systèmes patrimoniaux sont présents dans la majorité des institutions financières au Canada. Ils sont généralement fiables et contiennent les informations au cœur des activités bancaires. Ils ont été modifiés au fil des ans, au fur et à mesure de l'évolution des produits et services. Avec l'arrivée du mobile et du digital, il devient de plus en plus complexe de les faire évoluer. Les systèmes patrimoniaux étant fortement couplés les uns aux autres, tout changement à leur endroit peut soit représenter un coût démesuré, soit s'avérer impossible à faire, demandant ainsi à la banque de trouver un contournement pour arriver à satisfaire son besoin. Plusieurs stratégies sont possibles pour soit faire évoluer les systèmes patrimoniaux, soit les remplacer par des progiciels de gestion intégrés. Ce mémoire se penche sur les facteurs clés de succès liés à la stratégie d'évolution des systèmes patrimoniaux. L'objectif est, à partir des facteurs clés de succès mentionnés dans les écrits, de les comparer avec ceux que nous avons retrouvés dans notre étude empirique auprès d'un échantillon de banques canadiennes. _____________________________________________________________________________ MOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : systèmes patrimoniaux, changement, gestion de projet, facteurs de succès
