Abstract
Canada is aiming to sell no gas-burning cars after 2040, and last week Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson floated the idea of a joint Canada-US ban on new gas-powered vehicles. Auto journalist Dale Johnson says gasoline-fueled cars won't be around forever, and while we may adapt over time pushing a switch too quickly could create a number of issues that might be felt more strongly in Saskatchewan than other parts of the country.
